The Radio discusses South Africa finding its role in the Global South, a relevant topic in regards to the court case against Israel in the International Court of Justice (ICJ) and the 2024 national elections, put in perspective with shifting power dynamics and the legacy of Nelson Mandela. Radio UF journalist Oscar Hemborg is joined in the studio by Earl Dube, Head of Debate who has lived in South Africa and several other sub-Saharan countries, besides his native Zimbabwe. In addition, Radio UF member Divertje Reitsema takes part in the conversation and delves into the sensational court case and the reasons for it.
